Terms and Conditions

In which countries is it possible to shop online?

You can currently shop in European countries.

How can I be sure that I’ve made my purchase correctly?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact us.  This email confirms only that we have well received your order.

Payment?

Payment can be done online by pay pall or by transfer.  Once the payment has been effectuated we will pursue with your order which will ben confirmed by email.

In the unlikely event that your order is not accepted by us and the payment was already carried out, the amount you paid will be refunded to you immediately.

Can I cancel my order?

The consumer has the right to notify the seller that he renounces the purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason within 7 working days from the service agreement.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

Quinta de Lemos only sells items in perfect condition so, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact us.

How will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.

When will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days.
Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank/building society.

What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?
Contact us and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible

Quinta de Lemos reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

Delivery?

Delivery fee is included in the final price except if agreed differently (f.e. express delivery). The delivery address of your choice must be within Europe. This delivery happens within 10 working days from confirmation of your order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We make every effort to deliver your orders within the agreed period. If it does not succeed, then we cannot be held liable for.

We provide to individuals, companies and catering.

You must ensure that someone is present to receive the order.
In your absence , 2  other delivery attempts will be effectuated. Then a different policy inherent at the delivery company will be effectuated (f.e. pursuing the order yourself at the warehouse or pay for a new home delivery)

Privacy of personal data

All information that you send to us through this Web site are protected from abuse by third parties. Quinta de Lemos does not pass your data to third parties. An exception is made for delivering orders. In this case, we will share your information with the courier service that provides the delivery services.
Quinta de Lemos will only use your information to process your orders and to keep you informed of planned activities or special offers.
If you do not wish to receive our newsletter or if you wish to delete your customer information from our system, it is sufficient to send us an email via info@quintadelemos.com
